Fire ant or Mosquito Bites

The weather has been stormy for the last few days. Lots and lots of rain. But, that's ok, because about August we will be hollering for rain. The evenings are crisp and the afternoons are not toooo hot, yet. I got out and did some weeding yesterday. I used muscles that have not been used in a while. (I need to do that more often.) Everything is really "greening" up. Such a nice time of the year.

I wanted to share my oldest granddaughter with you. This is Laci or to us "Miss Priss". Don't you think so? She knows how to turn on the smile and she knows how to turn on the fit throwin'. O'Boy, she is a real handful!

Laci gets welts whenever she is bit by fireants or stung by mosquitos. I wet a bar of Bards and just rub it on the bite. The fireant bite does not blister and the swelling goes down nearly immediately. I don't know if it is the combination of ingredients or maybe the rubifactant of the cayenne, but, it definitely works. Try it the next time you've been bitten by a mosquito. I know it will work for you as well.

We are working on a more user friendly website. It is one I can even manuever around in. Our old site was not very much fun and hard to update. The new site will be up and running very shortly. I will put a link on here. Watch for it.

My Two Girls

Yes, I thought yall would like to see my girls. They both got married the same year. What an expensive time for us. As you can see, both had to have the dresses with all the foofoo. This pic was taken at our local park, and they had some great shots taken. Of course, their skin is wonderful because of the Bard products, (you knew I would get that in). This was a hectic time, but a time of good memories as well. Thank you for letting me share a personal time in my life.

Don't forget to get that order off to us, we will be watching for it!

Wooo! Hasn't the weather been yucky! Raining again today with severe storms tonight. Everyone, batten down the hatches.

We are having some good feedbacks. One lady out at Escapees park is just raving about "In the Nude"! Her daughter has severe acne and has been to dermotologists for the problem. She says Bard's works just as good as the $1500.00 prescription! Wow! What great news! She will be a loyal customer.

One lady in Livingston has very fine, thin hair. She used Bard's as a shampoo and she says she hasn't had so much fullness and life in her hair in years!

New distributors are popping up everywhere. Contact Bard's for a new store near you! Or if there is not one close enough, maybe you could be our next lucky wholesaler.

P.S. Thought everyone would like to know, that Roger and I are a year older this week. Happy Birthday to us! Since February is our birthday month, we are giving away free samples. Come by and let us know you heard about it on the blog.

Bards Shampoo and Body Conditioning Cleanser

Hey everybody! What fun! Hope everyone is having a great day! We are so excited to tell you about our product. It is an all natural, homemade, (yep, it is hand made, hand poured, and hand cut by yours truly) fine soap. We are delighted in our new process which produces an excellent shampoo, facial and body wash.

Bards has a couple of secret ingredients, (shhh... don't tell anyone) which are emu oil and capsicum. Emu oil has been demonstrated to be the fastest and most penetrating oil into the skin, thus making it an excellent transdermal carrier for other moisturizers and therapeutic ingredients. Capsicum belongs to a class of herbs known as rubifactants which stimulant blood circulation.

Bards does not contain any petroleum derivatives including the preservative. It contains saponified oils of olive, palm, coconut, lard, and castor. We include emu oil, capsicum and citric acid (preservative).

Bards has given the most attention to the quality of the product rather than overwhelming the consumer with fragrance. Only a low note of fragrance is employed. Available essences include vanilla, honeysuckle, cucumber melon, plumeria, strawberry, frankinsence-myrrh, and our popular patchouli. Bards is also available unscented.

Bards is presented in four ounce single bars or one and 1/2 ounce samples.

We are always looking for people to help promote and distribute Bards. If you are interested, we would love to talk to you. It is a product that sells itself. Give someone a sample, you've got a customer, it's that easy! Check out our website http://www.bardsbody.com/ and tell us what you think. Let me know and I will send you a FREE sample. Try it, you'll like it!!
